I'm feeling better now, but gastric hasn't really gone away. Physical pain is not that bad....medicine will help. Started off well today....being alone. I like being alone for awhile......don have to talk.

Need to complete the follow-ups tomorrow......and read my SCB files carefully again.

If I don't talk doesn't mean I hate u...if I don't crap doesn't mean I am no longer cheerful. I need a little time.
