I finally had latin lesson after what feels like ages, but it's only been a week. :) This week seemed extremely slow, and tiring, with all the 'toxin' building up at work, and losing myself in all these work matters. It's amazing how an hour of dance can bring my soul back, and make me feel alive, and I feel the real me again. This is where I belong, and what I'm living for. I breathe dance, and live dance. I so love dancing and the focus and determination dancing gives me.

Got back my medal test results. Quite ok, but I think the higher levels will be more challenging next year. Here you go:

Bronze: 98/100 (chacha); 98/100 (rhumba)
Silver: 97/100 (chacha); 98/100 (rhumba), 97/100 (jive)

U really do not need to stoop so low to some others' level, just to fight for 'that' attention. Believe in yourself, and trust that u're being a far better person, and don't lose your values and professionalism just to suit the crowd. Some form of adjustment has to be made to fit into the group, but stay focus and do the right things. Don't be distracted; don't let others step all over you; know who you are and that you have the right to feel upset / unjust. Stand up for yourself, as no one will always be there to fend for you. Be independent, and do your own assessment. Boost confidence by doing your own homework, and have sufficient information on hand. Form your own opinions, but be open to other views. Agree to disagree. You are not any worse than others. You are unique, and be unique.
