Cookie is much naughtier than Fluffy when he was a puppy. Fluffy was quiet and hides at a corner, while Cookie started exploring the house and trampling into Fluff's territory as soon as he was brought in. Well, I feel really happy. *I feel like a mom with 2 babies!* But it hurts to see Fluff so lost...he din know where to go, and felt really threatened by this newbie. :( We had to reassure him that we all love him...which helped a lil. I think we need some time...to bond the two. The main reason for bringing in Cookie is to accompany our lil one....Life is gona be different from today. More joy, more happiness. jQ boy thinks Cookie looks really adorable, but I feel that he is gona be a lil moster soon. He is already...

These few weeks have been receiving bad news...unfortunate events, admist all the gatherings and weddings. Yesterday, we had gathering at Huiling's house when I received a call from Clarissa. She asked me to stay calm, and broke the news that Junjie has passed away. He is only 20 this year, and I remember clearly how he looks, speak, and dances...A handsome young boy, who dances well, and has a bright future. I remember him and Emi as a loving couple...and a freaking accident took his life. :(

Life, indeed is fragile. One moment, you can be still discussing about the future plans...you may be quarreling with your love ones over trivial matters, and the next minute, you may be gone. Every little thing we have now is a blessing....

Love each other and cherish every minute. Everything will come to an end someday... stay happy!

It's time for my lil fluff!

It's Friday today! It's finally towards the tail-end of the audit. Office is quiet, but it's not a bad thing. 'Noises' are horrible these days. Well, everyone was seen packing even before it turned 6 today. Haha. I thought the official knock-off time is 615? So, jQ picked me at 615, the earliest ever and we headed to Orchard to do some shopping for his gift exchange. Whoah...I soo sooo like that gift he bought! I chose it anyway, I'm sure that someone will LOVE IT as much as I do. :) I can't wait to see her smile. Though the night was short, I sure enjoyed it.

Well, it's really time to focus and do some work. Spent the entire weekend (at least the whole of sat) working at jQ's house...with no distraction, progress was much faster. But the hard work did pay off. I felt so relieved I could finally breathe, and sleep better at night. :)

On Sunday, I spent some time at home with mom. Accompanied mom to the supermart and brought fluff for a bath. Went to Seafood Paradise at Defu in the evening with jQ and his family...cos his grandma strike lottery. hee...but, I didn't eat much cos my stomach wasn't too good. A nice way to end the weekend.

December is indeed a month packed with activities. Didn't have the time to shop for xmas gifts for exchange....and of cos, nothing to wear to YY's ROM. Oh no oh no...and what to wear for the showcase for the studio's year-end function? I must do some serious shopping this Friday after work. Ok, let me see what we have in the coming weeks:

It's really fast...how time flies. What are some of the significant happenings in 2008 for me?
- experienced 2 overseas audits.
- went through numerous change of bosses and restructuring in the dept
- went through the first retrenchment exercise in my career
- jQ boy and me applied and got our house @ Cityview
- joined Annie Dancesport family/partnered SW and made great improvements
- brother went to Iran for work
2008 will soon be history. And for the new year, I am going to continue to do well in dance, and put in more effort at work. With all the changes happening at work, it wasn't easy to stay focus. jQ and I will continue to work towards our bright future...by saving more. :) Spend more time at home too, and give some personal space to myself. Read more, learn more. Go 2009!

HJ! Hope it's not too late to say happy birthday to you! :) Didn't hear from you these days, can tell you r very busy with work. Me too.... :( I am on a project which is constantly behind my back, which I can't seem to make myself complete....It's causing me so much stress that I fell really sick today. *so I can't wish you through the mail.*

I did more shopping today while jQ gym-ed. I am just in the shopping mood these few days, and it's madness. Everything looks good! Well, so again I got these items:

- Black shorts from Forever 21

- Top from Forever 21

- Skirt from GG5

Damage = ~$100

Went Marche at Vivo for lunch cum dinner with jQ and Michael. I can't remember when was the last time I visited Marche, seemed liked....JC? Oh no.

Yesterday 5th Dec was our department's year end function. Me, together with the other social comm members put other minds together and made the event a success. Though simple, things went on smoothly as planned, but of course, there were some 'unhappiness' and unexpected screw-ups, which didn't really matter. To me, the committee did a really great job. :) Everyone was there to help, from decorating the place, to putting up the games, all the way to the after-event cleaning. I can really sense the spirit of the committee...I guess I wanna continue to be part of the comm, if the members stay the same. :)

Urgh, I don't have any pictures....cos I brought my camera without the memory card! It's like bring your body and not your brain? Shall post pix when I get it from Joanne and Doreen.

After the event, me, twin, ram, fung han, joanne, mark and doreen went to Geylang to have durians! It was really fun...though the durian wasn't really fantastic. Enjoy such outings! Ram brought us to the sleazy lanes but too bad...either the economy's not good or business is too good, we couldn't see any activities along the lanes. We concluded that business is in progress...haha, so u can't see them. SICK.

Wells, today I spent money again! Went shopping with twin. Bought 5 pieces of clothes, and a bangle. Dined at M.O.F. Sent her home today...THANK ME! ok, we took some pics. Idiotic siaz.

Annie Dancesport go! :) Once again, all of us did well for the SBDTA Ballroom Dance Competition held on the 30th of November, @ Orchid Country Club. This is the last comp for the year...and I must say it's the most most most tiring one. Not cos of the dancing itself, but the long hours of waiting.

The highlight of the day has to be the cheering for our favourite couples! Be it our friends from Dance Dynamix Jack & Aurelia, Cassie and Zhiwei, Leslie and Natalie or our Philipino couple...we rock the ballroom AGAIN! I can't forget the fall I had when the philipino blew a flying kiss, it's simply hilarious. Ahaha. I'm really really glad to have such a nice bunch of friends with me during the comps...their support really helped. Love them all!
