That's me posting with the sculpture at our new house - cityview @ boon keng. Our new place is finally ready for key collection. Our block is scheduled to collect our keys from 31jan - 7 feb, but we have yet to receive the appointmen letter. Will give the developer a call tml to check...hopefully our appeal is not rejected. Fingers crossed.



And yup! That's our block sign outside the lift lobby.

So the planning begins. I've more less decided on the style I want, even down to the furniture colour and style. Which room to fix blinds, curtains, and where to have feature walls / mirror. Went Balestier to look at lightings, and I've picked my dining chandelier! Love that piece...but shall kiv first till I see my unit soon. And today, we went imm for a walk, and unexpectedly purchased our mattress! Yes, it's early but we can choose the delivery date, so we can get it delivered once the reno is completed. Love the mattress ttm....!

Hmm. And I found the perfect 2 seater for the masterbed room. But kiv first! I really would love to have this piece too...



:) now I can't wait to start the reno...quick quick!

CNY's coming. It's less than a week. And I was scrambling to get a set of decent CNY clothes during lunch just now...when you aim to buy sth, it is normally unfruitful. True enough, couldnt find anything that is festive enough, yet normal enough for everyday wear. In the end, I gave up...anyhow got myself some very boring clothes, just as a back-up in case I cant find anything in these few days. STRESS. Even buying clothes can be stressful...haha.

I finally went to visit Dr Loke again yesterday. Im getting outbreak again and it seems to be uncontrollable, and they are giving me scars...on my jawline and my back. Not good. So, Im on antibiotics again...so my beautiful pink pillbox is back in my bag. Why do I always have skin problem.... :( Go away la. But so glad to have found Loke Loke... thanks to bb ling for recommending.

Going for Mikhail's ballroom lesson in a while. His lessons are always effective...made dancing much easier. Hope we'll do well in the coming Asia Tour in March, and before that...I gota get new shoes...and alter costume...so many things to do. Gota go...what gloomy weather.

:( the necklace given to me by sistas for my last year's birthday present has just been broken....by my evil hands yesterday. Sob. It just means a new replacement which also means spending money again. Boo...where is my bonus? I've been waitin for u...

Work has been terribly busy these days. Definitely taxing on my brain, but thank goodness my brain and body have been rather cooperative to-date. It's really key to maintain a focused and clear mind to cope with such demanding job. And not forgetting the coming election, which is a lil stressful too...no votes also embarrassing, enough votes also means more responsibilty. Nvm, whatever will be will be...lalalalala. See, this is how I calm myself down many a times these days - smile, sing and force things out of my mind temporarily.

Had a good practise yesterday. But at the same time, I realized how much more effort is required for ballroom, and how
impossible it is to do both Latin and ballroom at the next comp. I guess it's not so much on the stamina aspect (though it's an issue that can't be ignored), but more of the inability to focus on both discipline at the same time, especially when we are still quite new to ballroom. So decided, and no more change of mind! Ballroom only for march. :)

Alrighty. My mind needs to rest now. Switched off.
