Happy Birthday to me!! It's 30th July!

THANKS SISTAS. It's a long long time since I receive presents like this :) Thanks for taking time off to choose my gift, and plan for this ktv. The necklace is very nice...Na really knoes my taste. I like it v v much. I'm wearing it now!

In a while, it will be my birthday. There have been a few lunches and dinners planned for me, and thank you very much for remembering and taking time off to plan.
- Twin seems to think my bdae is on 31st July. Haha, and initially booked my for lunch on FRIDAY! Anyway, she found out it shld be Thurs instead. Keke. So we gona have the Suntec Mala hotpot with some ppl frm the dept.
- Ling and Connie planned a belated bdae dinner with the group on Friday. And funny thing is they planned already and Connie thinks Ling has told me about it. And no, she did not. Lucky thing is, I’m not so popular…so nothing on Friday.
- Jiana asked me out for dinner today. And makes it sound like it’s just ME AND HER. And well…Sinyee called me yesterday and mentioned about the dinner today. What is happening?
- SW’s gona treat me to dinner on Saturday before dance practice. I’ve not thought of what prezzie I WAN LA.
- jQ boy has given me my pressie. That’s the new Nokia N97. I’m still loving it. But, I’ve problems downloading from Music Store, so fed-up. Tml’s (my actual bdae) will be spent with my dearest boy.

Happy Birthday to myself…on my birthday, I wish:
- My brother will come home to join the family soon
- My parents are healthy, and remain happy in the things they do
- Lil ones will not suffer from any illness and live happy lives with us
- jQ boy and me will have a really strong and lasting relationship, and be together through thick and thin.
- My friendship with my love ones (u know who u are) will last a lifetime
- I have the motivation to do my best in both my career, have the courage and persistence to face challenges, and at the end of it all, become a stronger and wiser person
- To continue to improve in my dance, and one day, I will stand at the top.
- No matter what happens…I will remain who I am, a happy girl.

welcome to my new white toy! The new N97! A pleasant surprise today, thanks darling! Guess what. I'm currently using it to post this entry. Enjoying the touch and feel of this new thing. simply gorgeous. yeah! Now some pics I took. 

Today marks the last day of my 2 weeks leave. Over these 2 weeks, I really enjoyed myself to the fullest, played hard, and did most the things I planned. I have not 1) gone for facial, 2) drank milk. hehe. Now, back to reality. It's serious work once again, and I am gona make this promise to myself. Reach office by 8:45 everyday to 1) have breakfast 2) finish checking all mails before the day starts.

That's all. Today I manicured at vivo...and yeapie, my fingers look really clean now as I painted them skin color. jQ brought me for durian at Geylang, whoah I love the mao shan wang. That is probably the only durian I eat nowadays...creamy, bitter yet sweet. LOVE IT! Cooked dinner for the family and jQ. Simple dishes, but everyone was happy and FULL. I cooked egg, nuggets, french beans, vegetable soup + bought rou gan. :)

Cookie's happy whenever he sees me at the stove. HEHE.

I've just reached Spore a few hours back. Should have come back yesterday, if not for the flight delay due to typhoon in HK. I'm feeling....satisfied. Did 90% of what i've planned and had 10% surprise events. Being with jQ every min for 6 days was really great. And now, I'm kinda unused to it. :( But I've got my fluff and cookie.

That's Cookie. Somehow, this picture looks a bit sad. 背影看起来总是那么悲伤。:) Well, I'm sure they are happy to be with us.

Woke up really early today. Like 6am! Cabbed all the way to Seng Kang for the 'POSB Run for the kids'. COst me 22 bucks. Urghs. Still, I did not regret signing up for the charity run...I was really doubtful of my ability to run 3.5km. Afterall I haven't been running...or rather never ran. I don't even have a pair of proper running shoes. :P Surprisingly I completed the run, with minimal stopping. I only stop once to wait for my fellow colleague, but I went ahead after awhile and ran all the way to the finishing point. Think I am the faster batch to reach...hooray. I'm motivated to do longer distance next time.

Today I didn't do much. Went for latin lesson and Annie changed a bit of our chacha routine to make it look more attractive. I learnt more about winding again...guess that is very important. Yet, difficult to master.

Supposed to go facial today. I f***ing lost my way and it really blew my top off. I went crazy on the road...missed my appt (for the 2nd time), and went back to look for jQ fuming. jQ was ill today, yet I gave him a hard time. He was running a fever of 38 degrees...ended up lazing at his house and then took him to the doctor in the evening. :( Hope he's well now. SO, I missed my dance practice. AND...I left my mobile with jQ. Sux.

Not a gd day. :(

Woke up feeling refreshed! Thought it was only 9...but urghs, it was actually 1215 pm. Heh. Headed down to International blding for coca buffet. It was crowded even on a weekday, surprisingly. jQ love the place, and coca seems to be the ONLY hotpot he enjoys. I wonder why. He was the one who brought me the last time.

Went back office to collect my running pack for the upcoming 'POSB Run for the kids' this coming Sunday morning at SengKang. And I realised I don't have a proper running shoes...and how can I make it for the 3.5km run? Shopped at Queensway...ANDDD...spent 300+. Faintz. Got myself a pair of Adidas track shoes and a pair of Adidas running shorts. jQ got himself a NIKE berms and a dono-wad-brand-but-still-not cheap shoes.

Then headed home for our lovely boys. Brought them to West Coast Park for a run...I love the way Fluff chase the big dogs...I've just whipped up a healthy meal for my lil ones. Brown rice with salmon, tomato and hard boiled eggs. Yummy! ok, I'm running late...gg to meet the group for KTV and then drinks after that. tata!

Day 2 of my leave seems short. :( But still I enjoyed myself alot...today not with girlfriends, but with my dearest jQ. Slept till almost 12...*yawnz*, with doggies by my side. Lazed ard, playing silly facebook games while waiting for jQ. My little Fluffly taking his afternoon nap

Headed to JB for lunch and some marketing. Love the 'xi dao' fishball noodles...especially with the hunger pangs in ur stomach. hee. Shopping @ Holiday Plaza and Giant was a simple affair, but I'm happy...bought many random stuff.

Day 1 of my leave has just ended. I really appreciate every single moment of today...doing things at my own pace, enjoying a good friend's company. Met up with HJ at Kuishinbo for buffet lunch, didn't eat much as my stomach hasn't recovered fully. Still, I enjoyed every sip of tea, every mouth of sashimi and every bite of green tea mochi. :) Caught up with each other's life and chatted about our differences with our other halves. Really, marriage is not about the 2 of us...it's a marriage of the entire family. It's not easy. Wells...at least I'm not alone!
Shopped around at a really leisurely pace and managed to get myself a mango bottom and a zara top. Got jQ his Birks too... :) Hopefully they fit. The meet-up was short, but it really felt great. Our last stop was matcha at Raffles City. Nice...

Den it was dance practice. Ballroom's getting better, but I felt stagnant in Latin. Please let me breakthrough. We should really let go of all those tight bodies and MOVE. Really, the body has to tone at the right time, and soften when necessary. Otherwise the body will look stiff, and what is dancing without a flexible body?

Block leave is just round the corner...just hang on~ I am doing my work at an accelerated pace, motivation motivation. If I can have such motivation every day, my work can surely be completed using half the time. But, guess it wont happen...there isn't block leave to look forward to everyday ya?

I'm already dreaming. This is what I'm planning in my mind...

the peak, avenue of the stars, disneyland, random shopping...no schedule, nothing. woahhhh...

And....I'm coming back to work looking FRESH AND PRETTY.
